Q. When does the market officially start?

A. The online market starts on November 1 and runs until November 6. You can shop the vendors all in one place and pay all at once!

Q. How do I get my order?

A. You can have your order shipped or you can pick up at one of our pick up parties!  Please note that shipping will occur 2 weeks after the market closes to allow our vendors to produce and ship your products to us for us to fulfill!

Q. Can I get my order shipped?

A. YES! We have added a new option to ship across Canada! Please note that shipping will occur 2 weeks after the market closes to allow our vendors to produce and ship your products to us for us to fulfill!

Q. Are taxes included in the price?

A. YES! We've made it easy for you to shop and know your exact total by including shipping the cost of each item.

Q. What happens there is an issue with an item I ordered or I need a refund?

A. In the event that an item is defective or have a refund request you must contact the vendor directly to resolve the issue. Bliss Market is not responsible for defective items or issuing refunds.

Q. What precautions are you taking with COVID-19?

A. Your safety is our number one priority! We will have 2m (6ft) markers within the line up so you can be sure that you are socially distanced. We will also be continuously staying informed and complying with current government regulations. 

Q. What will I need to pick up my order?

A. You will need your confirmation email, your name and order number!

Q. How do I become a vendor?

A. Bliss Market is a very carefully curated shopping experience and we select vendors based on trends, season and alignment with our vision. If you feel that this is you, head over to our vendor page!
